Consumers who are looking for insurance visit our websites. They then call our "Speak to an agent" toll-free number. We find out which type of insurance they are looking for, and we re-verify that they wish to speak to an agent. Then we then transfer them to you. It's that simple!

These consumers are essentially calling YOU. Sure the sales process may still take time, however, this eliminates one of the biggest time-consuming aspects, actually getting in touch with the consumer. How does a 100% contact rate sound to you?

You may filter by state, and whether or not a consumer is insurable.

That depends. Keep in mind, our service is real-time. As always, a larger geographic area will result in more consumers that we can connect to you.

We will attempt to transfer a consumer to you, if you are matched with them on our system. If you do not answer the call, we will match the next agent in the rotation. If you are unavailable too many times, you may be dropped in the rotation and/or see a price increase. This is easily rectified by supplying us with your business hours and availability.

Yes. We can set your account to be on for certain times of day. For example: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am PST - 6:30 pm PST.

We verify the validity of each LiveLead before we ever transfer them to you.
The so-called "bad" leads are essentially eliminated by our verification process. We also confirm their interest, if they are insurable, and their current coverage (if any).

At this time, we have not enabled a bidding system for this program. Everyone pays the same price and gets a fair distribution of the leads if all other factors are equal. Depending on customer demand, we may roll out a bidding platform in the future.
